You know how sometimes you feel like a part of you wants to do something, and another part of you wants to do something entirely different? I’ve spent almost a decade and over 10,000 hours healing, teaching and overcoming religious, societal and political oppression. Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, and I got into a fixed marriage at the age of 18. I filed for divorce and moved to Canada in 2013, 24 years old and fully covered from head to toes. On my journey, I've been redefining the past, reclaiming my body, opening my heart to love and life again. It is my mission to help creatives and leaders reclaim their power and stand in their sovereignty. I truly believe that if we heal our body, we heal the systems that no longer systems, heal the world, and birth new systems and ways of being.
From beauty standards to body shaming. Our bodies, the hair on our bodies, the size of our bra, the size of our waist, and the fat on our belly are all up for everyone’s judgment. Beauty on the media have had one shape, one body type, and often one skin colour. We are chronically disempowered as we age. Our beauty and radiance has been given an expiration date by white men in power. We judge ourselves for not meeting these arbitrary beauty standards, and we harshly compare ourselves to others. We shrink, we hide, and we doubt if we're even beautiful.

I truly believe that the social, financial and political disempowerment for women and vulva-bodied people around the world went hand-in-hand with the sexual oppression, violence and threats.
Our sexuality belongs to everyone's judgement. You're a slut or a prude. We are shamed, and the ones to blame. Not just today, or in parts of the world, but everywhere. Feel into the thousands of years of being denied to be ourselves and our true power, the safety we deserved, your full dignity and sovereignty to choose our life and our path, to have agency over our own bodies. Business, Money, and Wealth Consciousness
Money takes up space. And a lot of female bodies have been conditioned to stay small, not take up space, and that they don't belong in spaces of power. Wall Street, the stock market and investment in general are a "man thing". Most of us didn't grow up seeing icons of feminine leadership or see women make their own independent wealth. The vast majority of us did not grow up seeing our mothers crushing it as an entrepreneur, or coming home and investing seed money in companies as angel investors, but we're at the growing edge of that.
A lot of female bodies feel a sense of overwhelm when it comes to talking about money, charging what your work is worth. many of us have been conditioned to over give, to give for free. Many of us learnt measure our success, that it's either the family or the career.If you're too powerful, wealthy or successful you wont' be liked, loved and perhaps won't belong. On a deep subconscious level, for folx coming from hardship, breaking the family line of poverty and struggle can be even harder.
It is not noble to choose struggle and poverty if you have the opportunity and capacity to show up and reclaim your power on a financial level.
