Culture reset & Renewal Roadmaps

Through a phased approach, we’ll begin with a comprehensive review and audit of your organization’s culture, needs and goals. This will lay the foundation for our recommendations to inform our next steps together. This might be co-creating a strategic roadmap aligned with your mission and values, revising your polices to be trauma-informed and equity-driven, and /or empowering your people's leads and managers through training and coaching to support the culture and practices reset.
